Future Self Coaching Program

This six-week coaching experience helps you become clearer about who you are becoming and what may be standing between you and the life you want to create. Together, we explore your vision, mindset, energy, habits, and next steps so that meaningful change becomes something you can begin living now.
Human Design Session

This six week experience combines Future Self coaching with intuitive guidance and supportive healing practices to help you become clearer about who you are becoming and what may be standing between you and the life you want to create. Depending on what you need, our work may also draw from Human Design, nervous system awareness, energy work, Healy frequency support, or other tools that help you create change on more than one level.

Together, we explore your vision, mindset, energy, habits, and next steps so that meaningful change becomes something you can begin living now.
Virtual Healing and Energy Support
At times, insight alone is not enough. You may understand what needs to change while still feeling emotionally stuck, energetically depleted, overwhelmed, or unable to move forward.

Virtual sessions may include Healy frequency support, Sacred Soul Alignments, intuitive energy work, nervous system support, or a combination selected around what you are experiencing. These sessions can stand on their own or complement coaching and Human Design work when deeper support would be helpful.
