The Sovereign Shift is a personalized eight-week coaching experience designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self, gain clarity about your future, and begin making choices that reflect the person you're becoming.

Through private coaching, IGNITE Her® Frequencies insights, guided visualization, practical reflection, and complementary Healy frequency support, we'll bring greater awareness to where you are today and what you're ready to create next.
