UNMUTED: Reclaim the Voice You Were Designed to Lead With.

Your voice is a powerful part of your leadership. It carries your perspective, your wisdom, your message, and the way you naturally influence others.

​

In Human Design, the Communication & Action Center, also known as the Throat Center, is where expression takes form through your words, presence, and action. Within this center are 11 gates, each carrying a distinct way of communicating and leading.

​

Inside UNMUTED, you’ll explore the voice patterns that are personally activated in your design and begin to understand how they shape the way you express ideas, share experiences, influence others, communicate clearly, and lead.

​

You’ll learn how your specific gates connect to four core leadership frequencies:

  • Ignite meaningful change

  • Share your logic

  • Lead the tribe

  • Share your experiences

You’ll also discover how the Line connected to each gate changes the quality of your expression, whether your voice naturally carries authority, ease, experimentation, influence, practical leadership, or embodied wisdom.

​

We’ll explore how having a defined, undefined, or completely open Communication Center can influence the consistency and adaptability of your voice, along with the ways fear, conditioning, overthinking, overexplaining, holding back, or second-guessing may affect your expression.

This workshop will help you recognize what already feels natural in your voice, understand the areas where your expression may feel more complicated, and see where your leadership is asking for greater trust, clarity, and action.
